1st shift 8am-5pm $14-$15 per hour based on experience

This position is responsible for providing excellent and effective customer service to all customers by maintaining thorough company product knowledge. The CSR will be accountable for creating, communicating, and documenting new orders within the sales department.

  • Serves customers by determining requirements, answering inquires and resolving customer needs

  • Accurately process customer transactions via fax, phone, email, etc

  • Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and improve goodwill of the organization

  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of products and how they work together

  • Provide accurate information regarding product availability and shipping status

  • Promptly manage the incoming calls of customers and ensure proper attention

  • Enter and manage customer orders within the expected time from receipt of the order to ensure timely shipments

  • Ensure the quality of orders by thoroughly inspecting data entry

  • Operate company programs/systems (CRM/GP)

  • Assist in special projects as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred

Over 2 year and up to including 3 years’ experience is preferred

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate basic math

REASONING ABILITY:

Problem solving skills

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Basic computer knowledge

Excellent customer service skills

Microsoft office experience

Professional email and phone etiquette

Good organizational skills
