POSITION PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for providing effective customer service while working closely with internal departments to problem solve and ensure quality service and products meet the demand of our customers.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

  • Ensure issues are resolved and requests are answered in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide return authorizations, process credits/replacements and check in and restock returned product

  • Utilizes CRM to document customer issues and resolutions

  • Communicates with multiple departments to solve shipping and product issues

  • Work with carriers on OS&D and shipment related issues (LTL and Parcel)

  • Work closely with Product Manager to address arising quality issues

  • Work on product related projects

  • Assist in special projects as needed

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred

Over 3 years and up to including 5 years experience is preferred

Read, write and understand English

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Basic math skills

REASONING ABILITY:

Critical thinking skills

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Computer literate

Exceptional customer service skills

Microsoft Suite experience
