Job Description

Responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems. Handle special projects and day to day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with Inventory Control Supervisor, Manager and Cycle Counters. Problem resolution and root cause analysis. Prepare and provide on a daily and weekly basis, reports; documentation relevant to inventory, productivity and summaries, maintain inventory integrity and lead consolidation efforts, research variances and discrepancies, liaison between all internal customers as it relates to inventory transactions in 3 systems, monitor incoming components and Finished Goods, conducts large quantity variance investigations and complete audit documentation, conducts cycle counter training, assignment of tasks and maintaining inventory control documentation which includes creating new, reviewing approved procedures. Support the facility safety plans and objectives.

Job requirements:

  • excellent verbal/written communication skill

  • Detailed knowledge and familiarity in the warehouse environment

  • Ability to reconcile complex inventory discrepancies.

  • Strong knowledge with PC Based spreadsheets and programs.

  • PC Literate with Word, Excel, Access, Share Point and Outlook

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 3-5 Years hands on experience in SAP, Word and Excel

  • 3-5 Years of Data Entry

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 - 50 lbs.

  • Walking / Sitting for long periods

  • Available to work extended hours

  • Able to multi-task

  • Office/Warehouse Environment

  • Occasional exposure to weather

  • Moderate to loud noise levels in warehouse

Training with 1st shift.

2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday must be willing to overtime as needed.
