Job Description

Perform operation of TOSHIBA TUE 150S- to produce parts in accordance with specifications, Knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak Controls, Ability to interpret and Edit G-code programs .

  • Set up and run processes on weldments, plates, castings, and similar work with a wide variety of dimensions.

  • Use Measurement devices such as micrometers to hold close tolerances

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings in order to hold given work from drawings, blue prints, customer specifications, work orders and/or job layouts

  • Use basic shop math to calculate dimensions, angles, and offsets

  • Comply with all safety and environmental regulations

  • Set up and operate other production machines as required

Fast paced industrial machine operation with a growing company that promotes from within. Operating wire weaving and welding machines. Working with small and large metal wire, measuring and feeding wire to the machine to in turn make a precise weaving pattern. Could also be operating a spot welding robot. Must have at least 2 years previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting. Candidates need to have previous experience using hand/power tools, and have great attendance. Able to lift up to 50lbs consistently, and able to stand 10 hours a day and willing to work overtime. Candidates must also have great math skills and strong WH. High school diploma or equivalent. Lifting, bending, twisting and squatting involved. Eligible to be hired on after 90 days with pay increases upon on-boarding.
