Position Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor perform various warehouse production duties ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Specific duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities/Duties: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)

•Prepare production lines for processing to include any restocking that is not included on Odds list.

•Pull all Odds before production begins using forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.

•Prepare all orders by separation of multiple forms after routing, stamping of truck and route, distribution of orders to assigned areas for start of production.

•Participate in Production as assigned by Supervisor or Manager of shift to include working in Bottle Room, on Lines, Truck Loading or Calling.

•Process all orders accurately and efficiently working as a team member for the success of the team.

•Clean up and document any broken product according to procedure.

•General Clean up before and after shift as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

•Assist with monthly physical inventory process

•Willing to perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead or Manager.

Education/Experience:

•Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

•One – two years of experience in a warehouse environment with forklift background preferred

Specific Knowledge, skills, licenses, certifications etc:

•Must be a team player with good communication skills and knowledge of basic warehouse principles

•Ability to become forklift certified a MUST

•Must be able to work well independently and in the context of team environments, follow instructions and operate all warehouse equipment.

•Must possess excellent listening skills, be open minded, exhibit patience and focus on continuous improvement

Attendance and Dependability: Maintain flexible schedule, complete work in a timely and accurate manner willing to stay until the work is complete, be reliable and accountable

Work Environment: This position works in a warehouse setting, with limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, bend, lift, carry, talk and hear. The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

•The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

•Ability to stand for long periods of time

•Wear proper safety equipment
